A loft living space that I've designed. Modelled primarily in 3DS Max with some use of Marvelous Designer for fabrics, textured using a mixture of Substance Painter, VRScans and Photoshop, rendered in V-Ray. I modelled around 90% of the scene, the other 10% are free assets grabbed from 3dsky. Next stage will be to use Unreal's Datasmith plug in to import this scene over and create a real time walk through.
